A New Era Has Begun in the Dark Mid-Evil Ages of this Medieval Game Called Knighthood. A new Realm is upon us!As the dark age grows thicker, darker and deeper, there's a new breed being born. A Breed of Elite Warriors that are taking over the charts, Reigning Victorious in battle and Conquering All that oppose.
We stand as One, We fight as a team and we spread our sentence of death to every enemy. We Are, The Alliance, Of, " The Grim Reapers " .
Knighthood is an online multi-player game for social networks. The player assumes the role of a Medieval Lord/Lourdes and recruits his/her friends to be his/her Vassals, constructs, expands and upgrades buildings, and can engage in warfare with other Lords/Lourdes. Unlike many other games operating on Myspace, Knighthood is competitive, and to some extent zero-sum game; in other words there can be losers as well as winners. Be aware that other players will attack you, steal your vassals, and do things to you which you'd rather they didn't. The game gets very competitive very quickly, not to mention Fun!
So if your an active Gamer looking to try your Skills on an interactive social game, based on Math, Basic Logic and Strategy then we would like you to join us !
Here is what you will need:
A My Space account - Right/Left Click Here to Open in a New Tab and sign up Free .
A Skype Account - Right/Left Click Here to Open in a New Tab and download Free .
Once you have these set up, the next step is to sign in to Skype And perform a search for me "Todemmart". Once you find me, Click on my name and then click on the send and IM in the box that pops up. This will open an im window connecting you to me. From here type me a message. Something like " Ready to play! " If i am online i will replay and we will get started :D . If i am not, it's ok, it will alert my computer and i will see it as soon as i log on. At which point i will Connect you. ;)
From here if I am not online its ok, we can get you started anyway. It's just a bit easier when a person can get direct answers. So from here i will do my best to explain this in detail.
1. Log into your Myspace account. From your home page You will want to find at least 8 friends (Note: I say at least 8 friends based on the fact that half will have the game app. blocked. but 4 friends in the game to start is efficient and If you place your friends in a folder or file, Knighthood will not find them). If you are totally new here's what ya do. Take a look at the top of your myspace home page. Directly under the Myspace Logo you will see Buttons, " Home , Mail , Profile , Friends , so on.... ". Hover your Mouse Cursor over the friends Button and you will see a drop down box appear. Here you will see words that link you to more pages. Take a look at the last 4 words or phrases. Simply Click on the one that you think will suit you best to find a few friends.
2. Entering the game. This is Very easy, make sure you have your myspace home page still open and you are logged in and Right/Left Click Here to Open in a New Tab. next take a look at your game page, you shouldn't see the game yet. But you should see a word that say's " Add App ". This Phrase should stand out or a phrase Similar to it. Click on that. (Note: this game loads in to MySpace, Not your Computer.) Once the game is loaded it will take you through a tutorial. Go ahead and finish the tutorial and then its time for step three.
3. Step 1 of 2 for joining our alliance. These last 2 steps are quick an simple. next, Right/Left Click Here to Open in a New Tab. (Note: You must Still be loged into myspace in this browser.) Once the page loads, it will be a game page of one of our Alliance Members. On the right hand side you will see a rectangular button that say's " Swear Loyalty to ............ !" . Click that button. What this does is adds you to the particular Liege's kingdom and will Allow you to join our Alliance. Once you are done you can close this tab.
4. Step 2 of 2 joining our alliance. As the last step, Right/Left Click Here to Open in a New Tab. this will take you too Our Alliance page "The Grim Reapers" in the game. If you read your way down you will find a Group of buttons, find the one that says " Apply to the Alliance " . Click that button. from here if i have not Contacted you at this point, no worries i will shortly. So until then Continue to build/expand your buildings until they all are expanded to level 5. at this point you should have 18 building total. (If not you may have to upgrade them as well .) Either/or find the workshop and Start your upgrades, to start you want all these to level 4.
(Note: Building the Garrison can send you to "war", by having at least 4 'real' vassals (not including the serfs or the steward) this will throw you into WAR. You must prepare carefully for this, (But is also Important you do so), to escape certain peril after the garrison is built, simply release your recruited vassals (Friends) until you have 3 or fewer REAL vassals. Real vassals are real people, i.e.- your friends that you invited to the game, or vassals that you have purchased. This means the patrols, steward and serfs are not real vassals. This will automatically force you in to peace mode with out waiting the 12 hour disbanding timer. At which point you will be safe once again to continue building.)
